Zero CPU Time

What happens when my program dies?
And to the ram where it resides?

Where once it ran its happy code,
And filled ram with its data load.

What happens when that program's done,
And all its threads no longer run?

Perhaps its functions cease this state,
And quietly they sit and wait.

To feel an otherworldly breeze,
Of a mystical mem-copy.

That draws the algorithms high,
Unto a new machine reside.

Where memory is always free,
And all is only for its need.

Where every thread has cpus,
To wait upon their ifs and loops.

And all its bugs are cleaned away,
Its functions never go astray.

Is this where my dead program goes?
Perhaps, but only Bill Gates knows.
