Commodore MPS-1000

cbm/printers/mps1000.gif The MPS-1000, released in the mid-80's, was born into a new era. The CBM Serial port was no longer king, and dot-matrix quality was getting old. Into that was the MPS-1000 born. Commodores first CBM Serial AND Centronics printer (so that Amiga and Commodore 8-bit computers could use it). This printer also featured bi-directional printing, as well as an NLQ (Near Letter Quality) mode. Overall, a fantastic new line of printers these would be.
